dream about my ex-gf?

Last month I had dreams of my ex girlfriend, she was in them like 3 different times. It's weird though cuz it's the first gf i had n we were like 15 yrs old and we were only dating for like a month. Now I have my girl n kid and she has her husband n kid. I'm 20 yrs old now so we were dating like 5 years ago. In one of the dreams we were having sex and her husband walked in on us. What do you think these dreams mean? Please Help.

BQ: not really a ques. but her kid is only like 9 days apart from mine and they were born at the same hospital. Think that's kinda strange also but like I said not really a ques. lol

I don't know much about dreams, but a few things it could be in my opinion are

1. You have something left to do, in terms of maybe you guys split up and you have something you want to say to her. But never got the chance to.

2. Something about your current relationship may remind your sub-conciseness about your relationship with the ex. Even little things could in theory cause you to remember her.

3. Lastly, it could mean your new relationship is missing something that this ex had. Doesn't mean that your current relationship is bad, I am sure she has qualities the old ex did not have. But the ex could have had something that deep down you like in a person, that the new girl doesn't.

Like I said I am not trained on dreams or anything.. I have poked around online before and read up on a few I have had.. But not really something I have studied. These are just guesses that seem to make sense to me.
