Droid x, Motorola and Verzion REALLY SUCK BIG TIME!!!!?

For the past year my droid x was the best phone ever. Then they forced loaded "gingerbread" and now it is the absolute worst phone I ever have owned. I have contacted Motorola and Verizon and all I get is the 'deer in the headlights look"
This is not the same phone I bought,and entered into a two year contract with.
Anybody know what I can do to either fix my phone or make them keep their end of the contract?
 
That happened to me with the droid global. They said I could trade it in and get a "new" phone. Which was refurbished, by the way...and those phones kept breaking. Every time I went in to get them fixed they would tell me I was lying about the whole thing and that my phone was perfectly fine..even though it was malfunctioning right before there eyes. I finally snapped and all they said is "you can buy a new phone if you'd like, but it has to be full price you can't trade it in or get a discount on any phone". Verizon has the worst customer service, there people don't know what they are talking about and needless to say when my contract is up I'm not staying with there people.
