can we take his recreation aw? I/M was ask to stop yelling through his cell door. He was told if he does not comply his recreation will be taken away from him. He did not comply and the officer took away his recreation time for not complying. can they do that?
Yes, of course they can. The inmates don't run the asylum YET. He has no 'right' to disobey the rules of a prison. He gave up those sorts of rights when he broke the law.
