What is this the best file type to convert an 'rmvb' file to before sending it to an authoring tool for vob conversion and burning? eg avi, mpeg-2??? My aim is to get the best overall output once on disc. Thanks.

MPEG-2 MOVIE (*.MPG)
DVD VIDEO PAL VIDEO MOVIE (*.MPG)
CUSTOMIZED MP4 MOVIE (*.MP4) and more
but which is best one before authoring (vob file) and burning???
