I have a HP Touchsmart Desktop computer, and the dvd/cd drive was working perfectly. One day, i tried putting in a cd put the drive wont 'suck' the disk in. It was actually 'pushing' from the other side. Is there a problem with the computer? software? or dvd drive? help please..
