DVD freezes and stops playing...?

I have the movie Juno on DVD and I've watched it before, but its just started freezing at a certain scene in the movie. I don't have any scratches on it, and the DVD player plays other DVDs just fine. If I go into chapter selection, it freezes there too, but if I choose the scene right after it, nothing freezes. Any ideas?

this happened with my xbox and games. i fixed it by going to target and buying a cd with cleaner and brushes if that doesnt work, the data at those points might be corrupted.
