DVD ripping to iTunes help?

So, I have the program 'Handbrake', which I used to rip my Lion King DVD to put on my iPod touch (3G). And it works/plays just fine. But when I tried doing it with movies such as 'Tangled', and 'How to train your dragon', the picture is messed up, and the sound's messed up! And various other glitches. Is there some way to fix this? Is it because they're cgi movies? Help!
