alright so im using an optiarc dvd rw ad 7200s and recently noticed that i get this error "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" and because of that i cant seem to use my dvd rom, anyone know how to fix this? i tried microsoft fix it but thats useless
