Easiest JailBreak for a 2nd Generation iPod Touch on iOs 4.0.2 and is a PC model?

I have tried redsn0w and it got stuck on the "waiting for reboot" twice so I had to do a full DFU restore twice and I am sick of it. What would be the easiest way? I would prefer it includes multitasking, backgrounds, and all the other stuff iPod 2nd generations can't have. Thanks(:
 
there is no jailbreak for it . i have the same ipod touch . ill let you know if it comes out .
