emails transferring to my mom's cellphone!?

My mom has one of the earlier models of the iPhones. I have a macbook from a couple years ago. My mac email account sort-of expired, though I can still access my emails through the mobileme website. The weird thing is that now my entire inbox from my computer is being transferred to my mother's cell phone! And these are emails since last summer, so because I get a few a day, that adds up to a lot! Help would be appreciated--I'd like to know how to first delete all of them from her phone and then prevent any of my mail from being sent to her also.
