Hi all,

I have a Sony Vaio laptop with Windows XP Media Center Edition. I wanted to create a complete restoration and backup strategy for the same. My laptop didn't come with a Windows XP CD...so most of the help I could find online doesn't answer my questions.

What I have done:
```````````````````````````````
I have all my data (Songs, pics, etc.) backed up on an external drive so thats all good.
What I need:
```````````````````````
Now I want to create a bootable disk that I could use to start my laptop if it gets screwed up and wont go past BIOS screen. So in essence I want to create a disk (DVD or CD and not floppy) that would enable to boot my system and also help me recover my system to the state it is right now? If this is not possible, I need to know atleast how I would be able to restore it to the factory condition.

All help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jinesh
