Emule questions. Slow all of a sudden?

I have been using emule for year with no problem. I have currently switched my internet connection to a Vodafone 3g dongle.

I created a list of files with many sources to download, at first they started downloading at speeds of 80 kb/s now I'm lucky to get 1b/s.

I have emule obfuscation selected. I did want to try and unselect this feature but cannot find anywhere to do that.

I've checked the firewall and all seems fine.

I'm paying for a supposedly unlimited connection from Vodafone.

Is it the ISP blocking me. If so, what the hell can I do to get around it without terminating my contract and using a different ISP.

It's worth noting I live in Spain, and Spafrica is really backward in regards to nearly everything, including my connection.

in case byou have been sleeping in a cave the last few months, all of the isps in u.k. are actively throttling p2p downloads. it is the law there is nothing you can do about it and no way around it. looks like your gonna have to buy your stuff or wait ages to steal it.
