Ok so i've applied for equine college for next year.
my interview will be about december time, thing is i want to get riding lessons before hand, i have my own horses and i've been riding since i was 6. so i know how to ride.
i've never had a lesson in my life, and i really dont know whether to have some before or not, i'm currently schooling a horse, and i ride 2 others. i do get really nervous sometimes and my confidence gets knocked easily, my horses are'nt perfectly schooled horses, they're more hacking sorts. so the only time i get a canter or such is when im on a hack, and then your more relaxed not worrying about your position as much. i know i have a good position.
so do you think it would be worth getting some lessons before hand ??
