Hi, I bought my Samsung Omnia 2 from Bell several months ago and I'm having some problems with it now. The first problem is that I keep getting the following error message. I'm not sure what is causing it, but I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix it. =/
Please check your ID and Password or reselect Authentication Type if it's necessary.
The second problem is that my phone doesn't show up in my computer after I connect it via USB cable. The phone says it's connected however I can't transfer any files because I can't locate the device on the computer. This may have something to do with the first problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. =(
