Error When Syncing Itouch?

When ever I try to sync my Itouch, I get a pop up saying "Itouch could not be synced. An unknown error occurred (-39). I have tried to look for a solution but I can't find anything! I've tried the basic trouble shooting options Apple has given. I don't know what to do. I'm at a loss. HELP
 
Theres no such thing as an Itouch, theres an iPod touch but no itouch, sry that bugs me
 
try restarting your ipod. sometimes they just have errors for no apparent reason, and trust me, i know this from experience with my itouch (: just try this: http://www.wikihow.com/Reboot-an-iPod-Touch
