Everytime I download a torrent it goes to Frostwire and not utorrent....?

I have the same problem you have. Try these steps below; they help you get torrents to load on uTorrent. Easy to download and for you to use uTorrent.

1. go to google and search "download torrent for ___________" whatever u wanna download
2. Click on any of the links. (Piratebay is recommended or Kick Ass Torrents),<-- if those links pop up click on them. If not, go to one where results pop up that say "download torrent" not a whole list of what your searching for.
3. Click Download torrent and save it on the listings of My Documents
4. Pop up uTorrent and click on the torrent you saved. Note: Some torrents dont work, so tryto look for another one.
5. Click on it, click on the album or songs you want.
6. Click OK then your all ready to download.

o, Frostwire, is probably the default one,, You can try doing this un-install frostwire, and open a download and see if it opens with Utorrent, or un-install both, and then re-install Utorrent first, and try.
