Excel 2007 Worksheet Password - Macro to unprotect or Delete Sheets while protection?

Is there a way to Delete the worksheet on which the protection is enabled ?

Or remove formatting (borders / shades etc) on the protected worksheet.

Or remove protection on the Worksheet through Macro in Excel 2007 or a third party software by any means.
