Exercising and eating healthy but not losing weight?

Burning 400 to 500 cals 5 days a week for past 2 weeks and eating healthy but not a lb loost iam using a epillictical machine.
Any advice - no crash diets please id like to lose 10lbs
 
you hit what people call: a plateau. Your body needs change. You have been doing the same workout. When this happens, You need to drastically change your workout. Instead of the elliptical trainer, Jog for 6 minutes and sprint for 1 minute for a hour. Do the rowing machine for 15 minutes, 15 minutes of bike, and 30 minutes of elliptical trainer...just change up your cardio! Borrow a dvd of taebo...

Do 3 sets of 25 of push ups, walking lunges, reverse lunges, normal squats. That should definately help your body gets the shock it needs to lose the extra 10 pounds.
