I'm not sure what you are looking for. Diet soft drinks have no nutritional value. But the liquid helps to keep you hydrated. And it can help you feel full. As for candy, it all depends what all is in it. If it is just like a lollipop, then all it has in it is sugar which the body can use but too much gets stored as fat.
