facebook: is it possible to hide a single wall post from only some friends?

on friend a's wall, it says she posted on friend b's wall. when i click on it, there's no post there i can see (though i can see other posts on his wall from him and other friends.) had he deleted the post entirely, i feel like there would have been no trace on her wall.

can you screen particular posts from particular people? and if so, how? that'd be handy :)

but is it possible to do it when it's a friend's post to your wall. as in, it comes in, and everyone can see it, but then you modify it so that some can't with a similar lock box or setting?

yes before you post publish there is a little lock symbol by the publish button..you click customise and from the drop down menu choose specific people and choose the people you want to see and click save setting and publish.happy to help =]
