When deactivating an account and NOT putting a checkmark in the email opt out part.....that allows people on your friends list to still send us communication.
I'm wondering if deactivating an account at that stage also allows random people (not on our friends list) to send friend invites and/or messages to us as well.
anybody know for sure? (don't answer if you're only half-sure)
