Facing a fatal problem to install software from dvd?

Can anybody help me?
I buy a dvd from market. It is a dvd for different software. In dvd has many setup file.
Suppose, easy recover my files proffessionals folder has three files. One is html file with 3KB, one is info file with 5 KB, and one is 32MB file. I am sure it is a setup.exe file. But it is not working for install software.

Can anybody help me about this problem?

Remember my friends, it is a dvd files.

Can you please be more detailed. For example what DVD is it what happens (Why do you think that it doesn't work), do you get any error message of something else.
