Fallout 3 Issue on PS3?

when im walking around the wasteland the map loads up to look like bad graphics like the ground looks like ps1 graphics for a sec and loads to the full normal ground graphics is that cause on the ps3 version has so much gliches. im playing it on a new ps3 it the 80gb core the 299.99 ps3 and i just got it 2-3 weeks ago so it cant be that
and can a ps3 game break your ps3 if the game has issues cause im hearing ppl say who play fallout 3 say fallout 3 broke there ps3 i made it get hardware failures i know they can't just to prove a point too ppl games cant break your ps3 cause ppl get so paranoid

It's not a problem with anything, it's just the game, everyone has problems and glitches with that game... Think how big the game is and then think how big this disk is, whenever i go near the deathclaw sanctuary my screen goes multi-coloured so i cant see anything. I also have all the add ons and once the add on just wouldn't let me into my objective. Anyway it's not a problem so dont worry.
