They both look really fashionable...but the sweater is made of a material that'll really cling to you. If you aren't too sure about your figure, I wouldn't wear that sweater.
To me...
personally, the pants look casual (because they're baggy) and the sweater looks more dress appropriate (its more clean cut and stature building)
together they just look like they would clash.
separate though, they are very nice articles of clothing
nice, but personally I would wait for the diesel jeans with the leather on the back to come out and teh sweater, I would just get a regular one, faux lining is the worst...
