fast lose of interest after dating, please help?

as soon as I feel that I can possess a woman I lose interest in them. I think this really is affecting my life since I'm 29 years old and never had a longer than two-three weeks relationship. but now I really feel that I need to think of settling down, but this issue doesn't let me to do so, what should I do?
I know it is horrible that is why I'm asking for a solution!
