my sub is a kicker solo baric l5 15" with a peak wattage of 1500 and rms of 750. its a 4 ohm dual voice cone and i wanna paralell it to make a 2 ohm load. the amp im looking at for this sub is a hifonics amp that runs 1000 watts x1 @ 2 ohms. would this amp blow my subs or should i match the rms watts of the sub (750) to the rms of the amp (750). let me know what you think i need help to decide what kind of power i need and whats the max power i can get without hurting my subwoofer.
