Firefox privacy settings and clearing history question?

If you put firefox in the privacy setting as, "Never Remember History." Does that mean that it will really not remember history, saved forms, websites, temp. files, cookies etc.? Does that mean no one will really know your online traces.

And does clear all history will delete ALL of your online traces? Without any chances of recovering it?

Is CCleaner a good online traces eraser which deletes your history PERMANENTLY without chances of recovering?
so, who are the "others", you're talking about?
ummm...are you talking about the ISP? or the internet service provider?
Don't worry, I am NOT doing anything illegal or bad online...

Your history is deleted from your PC. However the police and other agencies can delve deep into the hard drive and recover data. that has been deleted. For normal purposes you are safe.
