so yesterday was my first day of insanity
I'm not really fit so the fit test was a bit of a challenge
I focused on keeping good form not on how many I could do
I felt the burn and was really pretty satisfied that I could do most of the stuff on there the only thing I can't do are the pushup jacks
those I can't do to save my life!
lol so today is my second day!
what should I expect for the following weeks
I'm following the nutrition plan the most I can
I'm going grocery shopping today too what kind of food or recipes do you recomend?
