Hi there, I am planning to do more running and want to build up my distance. I want to increase my fitness and my muscle. I need tips on anything relevant. I am also looking for tips on how to increase muscle in my arms and in my core.
I know I haven't worded it right but I am a bit tired at the moment.
I am a 17 year old female.
 
Regular exercise routine and good eating habits can be the best way to women get on the right track to looking and feeling better then ever. A leg press machine will hit your bottom hard and fast by providing you the tension you need to burn the fat and encourage muscle growth.
