Im about to leave for basic training (Air Force). From october until January i worked out really hard lifting weights and eating right. During this time i gained 20lbs of muscle. My current weight is 197, which is my max for my height. Im working on running now to make sure im safe when i get to basic, i havent lifted in over a month. My question is when i get past basic, i want to start lifting again. Im i always going to have to meet this 197 weight or can they measure a different way, like body fat percentage?
haha thanks for the smart a$$ answer. try lifting a weight and go to the gym you could probably do it to.
