Ok I am a female. I am five feet, seven inches tall. I WEIGH 151.2 POUNDS my body fat percentage is 34.

I would like to weigh 140 pounds and have a body fat percentage of 29.

Any tips for building muscle and losing fat, and wha foods, etc. to eat (that taste good?)
