I am in dire need of getting back in shape post-injury. I have not been to the gym in quite a while as this is where I prefer to stay active. However, I am in school most of the day and that greatly hinders my having an intense routine. I was wondering if there were any routines that I could do in order to really kick my body back into shape that take an hour or less. Also, will cardio or weight training help with this more?
