fitness help!please!?

i want to lose as maximum weight as possible what to eat, and what positions to do for toning. im not trying to gain to muscle but lose as much weight as possible i weigh about 160+ and im a girl and im around 5'6 or 5'8 i want a flat stomach thinner thighes and just more skinney.i want as much help as possible.please help me + i hope i can lose about twenty pounds in maybe two months:)so p[lease help with that.
oh and im about a size 9 or 11 i want to be a size 3,4 or 5:)
