hello everyone (:
I'm looking for workouts i can do every night that will tone my butt, inner thighs, back of my thighs, lower abs, and chest. Also good things to eat and bad things not eat would help too. I eat pretty good and drink a good amount of water everyday I just love being as healthy as possible so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great (:
