Fitness question, need help understanding?

So i weigh 165 but everyone says that i look like i weigh around 140-150 area. I do exercise as often as i can and i watch what i eat. I dont have any flab issues though i wish my stomach was smaller sometimes lol. Ive been blessed with curves if that counts for anything. And people say im lighter than they think i am (like when they pick me up) my best friend picked me up today and packed me around and shes much smaller than me. & im scared to let my boyfriend pick me up....lol though he is probably the most fit looking thing ive ever seen. Im 14 by the way, so how does that all fit together? Do you not have to be a twig to be fit and light?

I don't entirely understand what your saying but if your asking if you should be stick thin then no. Being like a twig does not nessecarily make you fit and light, a curved normal figure is what is found most attractive. If your friends think you are 15 pounds lighter than you are and you have a boyfriend you should be okay. If you want to get thinner cut down portions slightly and replace stuff like crisps for fruit (unless its a special occasion :D ) but don't starve yourself.
