Fitness Supplements that fit into a female workout routine?

I am a female 18 trying to lose body fat gain muscle mass, current weight 110.
looking for any advice perferably from someone in the fitness feild who could help. Need a pre workout drink, A post workout protein shake. Also a breakfast meal replacement supplement wether be shake or bar. Anything can help. Thanks LC
 
for pre workout i wouldn't really go for a drink. you need something with carbs before you workout. after workouts as far as protein shakes go - i really like muscle milk. it's pretty good and comes in lots of flavors. also there are these bars i like call dr. carb right. they taste awesome and come in lot of flavs too. plus they are low in carbs and saturated fat but high in protein. also for snacks to up my protein i eat healthy jerky called ostrim. they sell them in gnc and vitamin shoppe. its has a lot of protein and is only 80 cals.
