okay well right now i have a muscular build with a little flab. when i'm wearing a shirt you couldnt tell, you'd just think i was muscular, but when i take my shirt off, you'll see some flab. anyways i was wondering if there were some ways to have a skinnier build with out building muscle or lifting weights. i've seen what weight lifting does for my body , it just bulks me up and i have to stop because i'm trying to appear thin and skinny, not bigger than i am. are there specific foods/vitamins that can help, or foods that would hinder this? i planned on jogging this fall when i return to skool since theres an on-campus gym. how long and how often should i do it? thanx in advance!
