fitness/work out question?

I've been going for a walk for one hour around 5-6 times a week, plus pilates for about 20-40 minutes per day for the past week. How long will it take me to tone up and get fitter? I am aiming for a flat stomach, which is what part of my pilates focuses on, how long will this take me with healthy eatting and this workout regime?? Thanks!!
