Fix Android 2.2 update Froyo on samsung epic?

Yesterday, I updated my Epic because I got the notification advising me too. And I am having so many problems, I don't believe it installed fully. Now, my phone force closes apps. It won't let me access/use my camera, video, or pictures. is there any way to fix this? Or any way to uninstall the 2.2 update?
