there is a '87 nissan 300zx for $4000 at my local repossession dealership (only 50k miles). im going to take a look at the car tomorrow, but i don't know if it is worth getting the car. If i get the car and the car is in mediocre to bad condition, what are the crucial things to get fixed? please start with the most important ones. thank you
p.s: do you think it is worth getting the car?

These are a complex car and $4000 is a lot for a 22 year old car but it does have a low mileage.

There isn't anything in particular these cars suffer with but they tend to be expensive to fix. Look for a service history and the correct coolant has been used.

dude your asking a rhetorical question. u dunno if there is even an engine inthat thing. see if you can take it do a mechanic and have diagnostic run on it. if it comes out ok, ket the basic things done to it, tires, allignment. fluids etc. then go from there.
