For the new T-Mobile Samsung Gravity T, do you need to pay extra to use apps

like social buzz, and youtube? some apps are built right into the samsung gravity T, like Google maps, social buzz, and youtube. do you need to pay extra to use these apps and do you need to to pay extra to go on the internet such as Google? please help!!

P.s- Can you use ALL the apps that are built right in the samsung gravity t for free?
