Ontario For Free? I am just abit confused with the wind zones and away zones.
I know Toronto is a wind zone, but windsor is not ?

So this is my question, If I am texting From Toronto (a wind zone) to Windsor, Ontario does it charge me or no? Or is it free? If I have 25 dollar plan? :)
