ford mondeo mk 3 buttons ?

i just bought a mondeo 04 LX but dont know what the buttons on the steering wheel do, theres a plus, prog, and others, also a button next to the back windscreen heater button, with a windscreen with a bolt in it or something?

any help would be much apriciated!
 
''windscreen with a bolt in it''..that's heated windscreen....steering Control are either radio or cruse Control buttons...
