My friend borrowed her 18 yr old sons truck (intentionally because she suspected something was up from recent actions) anyway she found 2 pills that were white with blue speckles. The imprint looks like MP 273 but that last line of the M and the line in the P are one. The M and P are connected if that makes sense. It's like an M with the half circle of the P. Its oblong and no record on drugs, com. Is there a way to identify it? She is scared to take it to the pharmacist in case its illegal. Kids not talkn

I got it:

phentermine

I think it might be Duromine MP 273. Its a perscription appetite suppresant.
Its a type of phentermine. It acts like an amphetamine so it can be addictive so its a controlled substance. Its known to cause blood pressure and heart rate to increase so its likely to cause a heart attack. However the youngest Ive known to experience it is 42.
This is what the pill looks like:

MP 273 is Phentermine 37.5 mg.
the MP is the Mutual Pharmaceutical logo.

Phentermine is a stimulant that is similar to an amphetamine. It is an appetite suppressant that affects the central nervous system.
