Free blackberry themes and cool apps?

Where can i download free blackberry themes and apps? i already tried bb app world,crackberry and dont really like anything on there, or i already have them. any other FREE websites to download apps, and themes? also when downloading themes to my bb, where do i save them to on my bb? i go to my computer then click on blackberry, but where do i save them? do i have to make a new folder?
