Okay here's the thing. My sister and her husband are over in Fiji and have been literally 'trapped' there due to Cyclone Tomas. They were supposed to fly out on Monday however all flights were cancelled and they've been forced to stay at a more expensive hotel at their expense, even though it's not their problem. I spoke to her earlier and she wanted to know whether her and her husband would get free travel insurance having used their gold visa card to pay for it all, if they keep the receipts?
