encourage this kid to eat!!? Well, they used to feed her hot dogs and stuff every day, but now she can't even stand the site of them. They were really poor. Need some cheap, healthy recipes that she'll eat so she can gain weight. She's 3 years old, 21 lbs and about 3 feet tall.
 
to picky... dont give her snacks just whats on the table for supper if she dont eat give here some milk and make here go to bed. eventually she will get hungry and eat and if shes to stubborn atleast the milk has the protein she needs.
