frostwire question 11,000 shared files?

when i opend frost wire my shared files keep going up and when i saw what files am i sharing i dont even have them do i have a virus or what is going on the number of shared files is at 11,000 but it wont stop going up
what is going on?
its at 15000 now and its only been a minute
non of the files on the shared files are even on my hard drive
 
are you sharing your entire hard drive? click on file and disconnect from the network, then browse through your options and look for the shares. also run a virus scan
