Dash fan switch is inoperable and won't move. Heat is still on but is not adjustable. How do I fix it, how do I get the dash panel apart if I have to, is there a way to avoid that? I also I have been quoted 250 dollars to repair it at mechanics shops, why is this SWITCH so expensive? That price is exhorbitant. What is up with the weird electrical wiring in this vehicle, I have never had a car that requires four pushes of a dash button just to turn the head lights off. Its just head scratching strange and I have wonder what they were thinking and why they installed such a weird wiring harness, it just makes no sense to me.
