i have had two injection in the shoulder and they have not worked so i am waiting to see the orthopaedic surgeon but until then how do i control the pain i am already taking strong pain killers and have a sling to restrict movement but i am in constant pain but nothing gets the the actual pain , and have to have help doing everything
